**PLEASE READ TO THE END FOR IMPORTANT INFORMATION.**
Andy is 4 years old and 10 lb. He is a chiweenie whom is a super low rider with a very quiet and sweet disposition. Andy kennels well. He is not 100% house trained but we are working on it. He is smart and catches on fast. Any came to us heart worm positive and lived his entire life outdoors in a chicken coop before TXCR rescued him. Andy has now been fully vetted and treated for his heartworms. We are proud to say Andy is now heartworm NEGATIVE and ready for adoption. He walks great on leash and would do well in a quieter home. He is good with cats, older kids and dogs. Andy wouldn't hurt a child but he is very chill and although he is only 4, he kind of has an old soul and at times acts like an older man dog. Visits with young children should be fine but he doesn't want to have superman parties with toddlers on a daily basis. He prefers a lap, a good book and a loving human. Andy can travel. Texas Chihuahua Rescue is based in San Antonio, Texas. All of our adoptable dogs are located in the San Antonio area. Additional photos and videos will be made available to potential adopters upon approval of our online adoption application. Transport arrangements will be made upon application approval and completion of the adoption agreement.
