Magnolia in TEXAS's story
Magnolia is currently located in TEXAS. There are not enough homes for all the unwanted dogs down here, so she is willing to move north for a good loving forever home.
Magnolia was saved from death row at a fast kill animal control facility. She is a very sweet little black lab/chow mix around 8 months of age and ca. 35 pounds. Magnolia is a super sweet, gentle, and loving little girl. Her fur is very soft. She loves toys, playing with other dogs, and splashing in the wading pool. Magnolia is house trained, crate trained, and otherwise good in the house. She is still young and could benefit from more obedience training and socialization. Magnolia must be allowed in the house as a loved member of the family. She must be walked on a leash and would like a secure fenced yard to run and play.
Magnolia has a minor issue with her left hip. It is sliding in and out of socket. Our vet is working on an cost estimate to repair the hip and we will have to ask for donations to pay for the procedure. In the meantime she can still use the leg. She just runs a little funny (see video). A previous vet did recommend that she be given Cosequin, and she has been started on this regime. We will update this listing as changes occur.
Magnolia is spayed, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. She is negative for heart worms and current on heart worm and flea preventative. Magnolia has a $500.00 adoption fee which includes ground transport via Rescue Road Trips for pickup in Zanesville Ohio. Please contact Marianne at 2 Many Dogs for an adoption application if you are interested in adopting this sweet little girl. If you are on Facebook, PLEASE visit and LIKE our page: /2ManyDogsRescue
