This individual must have demonstrated experience with the following:
Project Delivery
Import, clean, transform, validate or model data with the purpose of understanding or making
conclusions from the data for decision making purposes.
Present data in charts, graphs, tables, design and develop relational databases for collecting data.
Write Data Definition Language or Data Manipulation Language SQL commands, be responsible for improving data quality and for designing or presenting conclusions gained from analyzing data using statistical
tools.
Understand the concept of designing a business report.
Data validation experience, analyzed large data sets, drawn your own inferences and presented them
successfully to management using a reporting tool.
Define requirements approach and document requirements management plan.
Requirements elicitation through facilitated interviews, JAD sessions, use case diagrams, or other
techniques.
Drives scope and generates functional and non-functional requirements.
Arrives at consensus for requirement related issues.
Manage requirements by identifying and resolving risks and issues to the satisfaction of project team
and stakeholders.
Enable traceability of requirements to test cases.
Produce requirements work products for project phases.
Direct Requirements Analyst team in defining requirements approach, elicitation processes, requirements management, processes and validation processes to enable project success.
Ensure requirements quality across the project.
Support Requirements Analyst (RA) coach/PM in assessing and qualifying demand for Requirements Analysts.
Operational Delivery:
Support and utilize applicable project methodology standards and associated procedures prudently
tailored to ensure delivery success.
Work Product Review:
Develop work products that, upon review, demonstrate an expected level of quality and usability.
Display improvement based on feedback given from past reviews.
Facilitate requirements work product reviews.
Productivity Improvements:
Proactively identify improvements to eliminate waste and improve quality of processes and services we
deliver.
Share improvements.
Drive efficiencies within project team(s).
Partners with the Business Delivery Executive (BDE) to define and document business goals, processes
and practices to provide input to requirements.
Education:
Background in Consulting Services, particularly Big 4
Bachelors Degree in a related field of business
